After a whirlwind year that has seen them tear through festival stages across Europe and North America, tour alongside everyone from Green Day and Weezer to The Hives and Royal Blood, and solidify their reputation as one of the UK’s most electrifying live bands, BAD NERVES return with their explosive new single, “Network,” due out June 24th via Loosegroove Records.

If 2024’s Still Nervous established BAD NERVERS as one of the UK’s most vital contemporary rock bands, “Network” pushes them into entirely new territory. Heavier, darker and more confrontational than anything they’ve released before, the track signals a clear evolution in both sound and ambition.

Built around an atmosphere of mounting tension, “Network” explores the modern manipulation of public thought through digital media, social platforms and 24-hour news cycles. The song takes a broader aim at the systems that shape perception, influence behaviour and quietly control narratives. It is a challenge to the endless stream of information we consume every day and a call to think beyond the noise.

Network” is the heaviest track BAD NERVES have put out so far. With their signature relentless drums and distorted guitars, alongside their insistence on listening to this at maximum volume, “Network” will set you free from bureaucratic deception by leaving your ears permanently damaged, thus making you far less susceptible to manipulation. From now on you will only believe in action, as you become immune to the meaningless sound of words.

The release arrives as the Essex quintet prepare for their biggest North American campaign yet, including headline shows, appearances at LollapaloozaOutside LandsCBGB Festival, and Austin City Limits, alongside a string of dates supporting the legendary Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter. The tour follows a remarkable period of growth for the band, whose reputation as one of the UK’s most exhilarating live acts has propelled them from cult favorites to international festival stages.

Building on the momentum of their acclaimed sophomore album, Still NervousBAD NERVES continue to redefine modern punk rock with razor-sharp songwriting, relentless energy, and an uncompromising live show that has earned admiration from fans and icons alike. Among those singing their praises is Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, who famously called them “the best band in England right now.”

Network” captures BAD NERVES at their most urgent and confident—a band operating at full throttle while stepping onto some of the biggest stages of their career.

Released in 2024, Still Nervous marked another major leap forward for BAD NERVES, further cementing their status as one of the most exciting bands in contemporary rock. Packed with the explosive hooks, breakneck rhythms, and undeniable melodies that have become their trademark, the album earned widespread acclaim from fans and critics alike while expanding the band’s global audience. Standout tracks including “USA,” “You’ve Got The Nerve,” and “Sorry” became staples of the band’s increasingly chaotic live set.

As momentum behind Still Nervous continued to build, BAD NERVES found themselves sharing stages with some of rock’s biggest names, while bringing their sweat-soaked, high-voltage performances to major festivals around the world. With a rapidly growing international following and their most ambitious run of North American dates on the horizon, the band now stand poised for their biggest chapter yet.

With “Network,” BAD NERVES deliver another adrenaline-fueled anthem from a group that has transformed from underground favorites into one of Britain’s most compelling modern rock success stories—and shows no signs of slowing down.
